Big Rocks First
Jo was just here! It was amazing seeing her! And wow, did it throw me. Because it reminded me of how much my friends matter in person.
Yes, email. Yes, phone. Yes, Facebook. But flesh and blood? Really, really great stuff.
It's been a long time since I've been to San Diego. I have been carving out a life up here in the Bay (and around). Two kids now. Husband has a new business. We've moved, um, a lot. I don't regret any of it - it's been so great to journey.
But now that my youngest is 2 I feel I can look up again and say "Hey, where am I?" :)
And now maybe to reconnect I'll be coordinating a visit to New Mexico? LOL!
So here is me, blogging, sharing and remembering the Big Rocks come first in life or they don't fit. And birthing and building a marriage are incredible, wonderful big rocks, and now, just maybe, it's time for one more.
