I felt the energy move through me.
I greeted it with a soft smile.

throughout much of last week i was beset with dizziness. at times my brain felt scrambled and i would keep turning even after i'd physically stopped.
now since studying with Maria i've learnt that this can be a sign the grid of Changing Mother Earth is shifting. so, i don't panic. i set my root and travel through it.

Yesterday I brought in Kenneth Meadows' book "Medicine Wheel" to read while waiting at my dentist's.
